As of the 6th April 2009 a home information pack must be in place before a property can be marketed for sale. Here at Foundation Stone we have produced a solution that means in most cases we can have a marketing ready HIP produced within HOURS not days.
By working together with clients we can make the process of producing a HIP fast, efficient and simple. If you can be present at the time the survey for the Energy Performance Certificate is carried out (and this is within working hours) we can process the payment, request all the require documents online, complete the Property Information Questionnaire, generate the EPC Certificate onsite and have the marketing ready HIP done before we leave the property.
